Advanced Business Graphics, Inc. is looking for a full time Account Manager that is enthusiastic about helping customers experience “The ABGI Way”. The Account Manager is someone who naturally puts customers first in all they do and always looks for the best solutions to help our customers have an exceptional experience.  The Account Manager should possess excellent communication and time management skills and a desire to get things done efficiently.

 

As an Account Manager at ABGI, your day will likely be filled doing the following:

Serve as the lead point of contact for designated key accounts.

Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships as a trusted advisor within those key accounts.

Research and create proposals for print and promotional products.

Place orders for print and promotional products and follow them through to delivery.

Provide an overall great client experience.

Conduct periodic reviews and provide proactive management for assigned client accounts.

Provide excellent project management by coordinating timelines and client deadlines.

 

Required Skills:

Excellent organization and time management skills.

Ability to communicate at all levels with clients, suppliers and internal team members.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Prior experience serving key accounts.

 

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of print and promotional product industry.

SAP Business One experience.

Experience with quotes and proposals.

HubSpot or other CRM tools.
