You’ll be suited for this position if you have:

Enjoy interacting with people both by phone and in-person

A strong ability to prioritize and/ or multitask and manage time effectively

Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction (take the extra mile to engage customers)

Strong phone, interpersonal and listening skills

Vigorous follow-up and attention to detail

Ability to work in a small team environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to problem solve

A high level of organizational skills (especially email management)

Ability to learn quickly, a self-starter

Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement and service excellence

General computer, business math and typing/data entry skills


Your day will most likely be filled doing:

Welcoming, greeting and directing visitors both in person and on the phone

Providing customer service via phone, email and chat services, as well as required follow up

Order processing/ order management

Client invoicing / AP entry

Other operations department duties, as necessary
