Advanced Business Graphics, Inc. is looking for a full time New Business/Onboarding Specialist that is enthusiastic about helping new customers initial experiences with “The ABGI Way” easy and efficient. The New Business/Onboarding Specialist is someone who naturally puts customers first in all they do and always looks for the best solutions to help our customers have the best experience. They should possess strong collaboration skills to bring together multiple departments to ensure a smooth transition for all onboarding accounts, as well as have excellent time management and communication skills to ensure all checkmarks are completed in a timely manner.
As a New Business/Onboarding Specialist at ABGI, your day will likely be filled doing the following:
Providing an excellent customer experience for all new accounts as the primary point of contact
Print and promotional RFQ’s, client proposals, and product testing
Initial inventory receiving and implementation
Deadline/timeline coordination
Building eCommerce sites
Required skills:
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to communicate at all levels (entry level to C-level), and keep clients and internal team members on track
Thorough understanding of printing and promotional product manufacturing processes
Ability to organize large amounts of data
Intermediate- Advanced Excel skills
A thorough understanding of inventory processes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred skills:
Asana or another project management software
SAP Business One
Knowledge of XML
SQL Queries
HTML, particularly style sheets
HubSpot or other CRM tools
